Returns and refunds

LUXTHORNE offers a 30-day return policy. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.

For change-of-mind returns requested after the first 14 days, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase. Return the item within 14 days of requesting the return.

These additional conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

UK right to cancel

For online purchases, you may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return it.

To cancel, email mr_vrg19@yahoo.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, together with your order details.

You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount from your refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue, with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve it.

If your item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you have statutory rights to a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances. These rights are not limited by our 30-day return policy.

Sale items

Items purchased at a reduced price have the same statutory rights as full-price items.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us first. You may return your item under this policy and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

For cancellations under the UK 14-day right to cancel, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We will also refund any standard outbound delivery charge paid. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

For returns under our additional 30-day policy, we will refund eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds for faulty goods will be processed within the applicable statutory timeframe.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
